Experience & Activities

Ms. Josephs is the General Manager of Barnett Limited, responsible for overall management of real estate development and property management in the Group. She oversees the Group’s daily operations, provides direct supervision of key functional managers and executives, directs employees and delegates tasks to be carried out to ensure operational efficiency and profitability of the Group. In her current position, she also engages with corporate officers in broad and specific organizational strategic planning and reports key results to corporate officers and the Board of Directors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service within the Group, its clients and other stakeholders. Evaluation and participation in decisions on key investments in equipment, infrastructure and talent are also among her direct responsibilities.

Ms. Josephs previously served as Special Projects Manager within the Group. Prior to that, she held senior management roles in Caribbean Producers Jamaica Ltd., Sandals Resorts International and Confida International, Hollywood, Florida, USA.

Her professional strengths include General Operations and Productivity Improvement, Business Support Sourcing, Negotiations and Relations, Management Consulting and Operational Initiatives Development and Implementation.

Ms. Josephs holds a Master of Science Degree in Industrial and Labour Relations from Cornell University/Baruch College, New York and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing Management from Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY.
