Fairview Shopping Center and Office Park
9.2 ha (24.8 acres) Shopping and Commercial Center
A prime retail center for Western Jamaica with a 4-screen cinema, supermarket, hardware store, pharmacy, clothing outlet, appliance and home center, KFC, dry goods, restaurants and gas station. Phase 2 of the Centre, consists of approximately 21,367 square meters (230,000 sq. ft.) of retail and office space. A joint venture with Edward Azan and Fredrik Moe; construction commenced in October 2008 and completed at the end of 2010.

Bogue Village
1,610 affordable income single family 2 bedroom homes, each situated on 278 square meters (3,000 sq. ft).
Bogue Village, completed in 2004, was developed by Gore Developments Ltd on 101 ha (251 acres).
Montego West Village
1,100 home affordable income 2 & 3 bedroom single family residential development.
Montego West Village was completed in 2019 by Gore Developments located on 250 acres comprised of the former Fairfield Golf Course and Bellefield Estate.
Fairfield Commercial Park
23 Commercial lots; each a minimum of 0.2 ha (½ acre). 8.5 ha (21 acres) was sold to Jamaica Public Service Company Ltd in 2000 at a concessionary price to facilitate the upgrade of the Bogue Power Station capacity by 120 Megawatts.
Developed between 2006 and 2007; Fairfield Commercial Park is located on the south side of the existing Bogue Commercial & Industrial Estate. The property is designed to link directly into the existing Bogue Industrial Estate and serve as a warehousing and distribution center for Western Jamaica having easy access to the North Coast Highway via the Temple Galleries Road.

The infrastructure was started in October 2009 and completed by the end of 2010.
