The construction of Barnett Tech Park began in November 2009 after acquiring its first investor, VistaPrint Inc., who purchased Lot 1; approximately 4.45 ha (11 acres) on which they constructed an 8,000 square meter (92,000 sq. ft.) building with approximately 16,000 square meters (172,200 sq. ft.) production space. Currently the Barnett Tech Park boasts 447,000 s.f of production space with capacity for 8000 seats.
